Welcome to Jeannie Lee Wellness. By booking services, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided
Jeannie Lee Wellness offers massage therapy, bodywork, and wellness services (the “Services”). Services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services. By booking, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Booking & Payments
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A valid credit card may be required to secure an appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings for repeated no-shows.
5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, or medical concerns prior to receiving services.
Jeannie Lee Wellness reserves the right to decline or modify services if they may pose a risk to client safety or therapist well-being.
Services provided are not medical treatments and do not replace medical advice or care from a licensed physician.
6. SMS Notifications
By providing your phone number when booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding your scheduled services. Messages may include confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and urgent updates.
Message frequency varies.

Message & data rates may apply.
Consent is not required to receive services.
7. Website Use
Content on our website (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Jeannie Lee Wellness and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Jeannie Lee Wellness is not responsible for any injuries, reactions, or outcomes resulting from services unless caused by gross negligence.
You agree to release and hold harmless Jeannie Lee Wellness and its staff from any claims arising from your participation in services.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate end of session, charge of full service price, as well as an additional fee. You will also be banned from services & depending on behavior, appropriate legal action will be taken.
